Jason was, without question, the single most important resource when we decided to buy a house. When we first met Jason he took the time to get to know us, our plans and goals for the house, and just as importantly what our target cost was. During every single phase from ground breaking to final  inspection Jason continually had important and helpful input for us that ranged from simple things like remembering what was an upgrade in the model homes to bigger things such as how the foundation of the house should be sitting. Among numerous other things, Jason took care of the scheduling and attendance for inspections, kept in continual contact with the sales office and construction crew and always kept us up to speed on anything that we needed to make sure to get taken care of. In addition to keeping us informed, his quick responses to any question that we had was outstanding. On average, the time from me sending an email to getting a reply was 10-15 minutes. When I called him, he always answered and simply helped me take care of business. We have absolutely no reservation in recommending Jason to anyone that is buying a house. He showed absolute expertise in his field and great care for us as his clients.

Words cannot describe my satisfaction with Marlo. We started looking for a home to buy just after Christmas. She immediately set up 5 houses for us to see on a Saturday in a snow storm.
